Lambert At The Top Of The Charts, Almost

Coming in second place on American Idol isn’t so bad after all!

A.I. season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert‘s first album isn’t due until November 24th, but it’s already made its way to the number 2 spot on the Amazon.com sales list as of yesterday.

He’s second on the list only to Barbara Streisand, who tops the chart with her new jazz album.

And the surprising part about Lambert’s album is that it managed to jump to the top of the list on its own.

Lambert’s record label, RCA, hadn’t announced the album could be pre-oreded. But that didn’t stop the Lambert fans from spreading the news.
